The TSOAQ AGM will follow the regular Wednesday club meeting.

Both President Phil Strong and Treasurer Richard Graveur have advised that they will not be standing for committee at the next Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday 12^th February 2020.

Peter Connor has confirmed that he will stand for President and Geoff Johnson will stand for Treasurer. If Peter and Geoff are elected at the AGM, they have both indicated that they will relinquish their existing committee duties so we could also be looking for a replacement Provedore and Brisbane Drive Day Organiser.

Cliff Chambers has also indicated that domestic and work issues may determine that he may not have the available time to continue as Editor for 2020, in which case we will be looking for nominations for this position.

Both Vice President Frank Jacobson and Mike Taylor as Secretary have confirmed that we will stand for the 2020 committee.

Members are asked to consider nominations for these important Committee positions prior to the AGM. A nomination form is available for download on the TSOAQ website. To access log onto website and click on “TSOAQ members” tab, then TSOAQ forms. Members can also be nominated and seconded at the AGM, but the nominee must be present to confirm acceptance of the nomination. It should be noted that any club member shall be financial at the time of the AGM in order to participate in any part of the election of officers.
